i've been loving all the socks with sandals that have been popping up on blogs. what an interesting way to add another bit of fun to an ordinary outfit. how cute are those heart socks?

rockin the skinny jeans

a year ago my good friend Katy said she would NEVER wear skinny jeans. look at her now....looking fab katy. i'm a big fan of cropped tops...and the jean jacket tops off this look, which is perfect for a 60 degree march day. (katy refused to look at the camera...cracked me up)

for our fun night out i chose a lightweight dress with sheer sleeves and topped it off with a fur vest i bought at the flea market....ali and i like to call it unicorn fur.

found these ole flare jeans in the back of my closet, they give a refreshing break from my normal skinnies. paired with this flowy top it seemed perfect for a grateful dead cover band. unfortunately the chilly temperatures had me changing my mind at the last second.
